Paris mayor joins demand to release 55 Armenian political prisoners in Azerbaijan

The mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, joined the demand to release 55 Armenian political prisoners in Azerbaijan, reported Mourad Papazian, the co-chair of the Coordinating Council of Armenian Organizations in France (CCAF).

“Together with Mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo, we demanded the release of 55 Armenian political prisoners held by Azerbaijan,” he said in a post on X.

Luis Moreno Ocampo, the former Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, also joined this demand.
