Nikol Pashinyan, Prime Minister of Armenia, announced that he has a new press secretary, 26-year-old Melanya Harutyunyan, who will replace Nazeli Baghdasaryan.
Melanya is the secretary of the youth wing council of the Civil Contract party and was actively involved in the election campaign.
