Social support programmes for people forcibly deported from Artsakh will be extended into 2027. In particular, the monthly payments of AMD 30,000 are planned to continue until July 2027, but from April of that year the amount of financial assistance will be cut to AMD 15,000.

The decision was made at today’s session of the Government of Armenia.

In addition, additional emergency social assistance will continue to be provided to families in need. According to the government’s justification, the measure is aimed at “encouraging their socio-economic self-sufficiency.”
