People in Moscow lay flowers at memorial plaque honoring the victims of the Armenian Genocide

A steady stream of people has been heading since early morning to the memorial plaque dedicated to the victims of the Armenian Genocide at the Holy Transfiguration of the Lord Cathedral of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Moscow.

Both ordinary citizens and well-known politicians, public figures, and cultural figures have come to pay their respects.
