How Can the Head of Our Country Deny the Armenian Genocide While Others Recognize It? — The People Speak

As part of The People Speak project, Alpha News conducted surveys in Yerevan and Armenian-populated communities in the United States and Russia to gather citizens’ opinions on key issues of recent years.
Participants in the Alpha News survey expressed their outrage at the current government’s policy of denying the Armenian Genocide.
“The Armenian Genocide is an indisputable matter for every Armenian, especially for the residents of Sasun and Van. Never, under no circumstances should this issue ever be up for debate,” said one citizen.
“How can so many countries recognize the Armenian Genocide, yet the leader of our country denies it?” noted another participant in the Alpha News survey.
