Prosecutors seek to invalidate a series of real estate transactions linked to Tsarukyan

The prosecution is demanding that a number of real estate transactions associated with Gagik Tsarukyan, PAP leader, be declared invalid. The Anti-Corruption Court has accepted these lawsuits for consideration.

In the first lawsuit, the Kotayk Regional Prosecutor’s Office is seeking to invalidate an auction held on October 4, 2015, for a 3.5-hectare land plot known as “Arinj Mall,” owned by the “Firma New” LLC.

The second lawsuit seeks to invalidate an auction for a 14,176-hectare land plot belonging to the private house of Gagik and Javahir Tsarukyan in the village of Arinj in the Kotayk region, a real estate purchase and sale agreement for a 12,566-hectare property between Aram Sedrakyan, Gayane Sedrakyan, and Gagik Tsarukyan, as well as a real estate purchase and sale agreement for a 1.61-hectare property between Aram Sedrakyan and Gagik Tsarukyan.
