Putin and Aliyev talk by phone

Vladimir Putin, President of Russia, and Ilham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan, spoke by phone, the Kremlin reports.

During the conversation, the two countries’ leaders discussed a number of pressing issues related to trade, economic, and humanitarian cooperation.

Putin and Aliyev agreed to step up bilateral contacts at various levels.
