Putin congratulated President Robert Kocharyan on his birthday

Vladimir Putin, Russian President, sent a telegram to congratulate the second President of Armenia, Kocharyan, on his birthday, the Kremlin press service reports. The Russian leader wished the second President of Armenia good health, well‑being, and “resilience in the face of trials.”
