Question of electing Artsakh’s president frozen: Gagik Baghunts

Gagik Baghunts, Vice-Speaker of the National Assembly of Artsakh, told journalists at the Yerablur military pantheon that the question of electing Artsakh’s president is temporarily frozen.

“There’s no issue of the National Assembly of Artsakh’s deputies not convening on this matter. Serious discussions are underway, taking into account all political and public aspects,” he noted.
