Rashid Beglaryan held captive by Azerbaijanis to face five charges

Rashid Beglaryan, an Artsakh resident who got lost in the summer near the village of Aghavno and was captured by the Azerbaijanis, was arrested by the Baku court, Azerbaijani media report.

Beglaryan is accused of the so-called “Khojaly genocide”. He is charged with five criminal articles at once.
