Regulatory Commission must clarify purpose of Turkey visit – David Ghazinyan

Former acting CEO of CJSC “Electric Networks of Armenia” David Ghazinyan reported on a recent trip of representatives of the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) to Turkey.

“According to my information, the PSRC recently visited Turkey with quite a large delegation. They must explain why they went to Turkey, for what purpose? In my personal view, the real reason for the visit was likely something entirely different,” he said.
