Restoration of Vahan Terian House Museum starts in Georgia

Restoration of the House Museum of prominent Armenian poet Vahan Terian has started in the Georgian village of Gandza, reports jnews. ge.

Repair work was carried out partially in different years, but it was not systematic.

On May 3, a fundraiser for the restoration of the Vahan Terian House Museum was held in Yerevan.

Samvel Mkoyan, Director of Support to Javakheti Foundation, noted that he hopes that the work will be completed by the 140th anniversary of Vahan Terian, which will be celebrated in 2025.

$162,000 has been collected as of now. The entire budget of the project is $300,000, and the fundraising is still ongoing.
