Robert Kocharyan is being held in the same conditions as in previous arrests: Aram Orbelyan

Lawyer Aram Orbelyan said during a press conference that at the moment he could not provide any additional information about the conditions of detention of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan. According to him, the president is being held in the same conditions as during the previous three arrests.

“We have certain technical problems, I hope they will be resolved as soon as possible. If they are not resolved, I will inform you about it additionally,” the lawyer said.

Commenting on the reasons for the detention and the statements of law enforcement officers, Orbelyan stressed their absurdity.
