Samvel Karapetyan will not make a deal — ENA Acting Director

Acting Director General of ENA David Ghazinyan expressed confidence during a press conference that philanthropist Samvel Karapetyan will not make a deal in exchange for freedom.

“People who know Samvel Karapetyan realize that it is impossible to reach an agreement with him by exerting pressure. Samvel Karapetyan will not make a deal,” he said.
