Scuffle and tense situation at Yerevan City Council meeting 

 
The extraordinary session of the Yerevan City Council, convened to discuss the public transport tariffs, was held in a rather tense atmosphere. During the discussion, pro-government members of the Council started insulting the opposition members, which led to scuffles.
