Searches under way at Armat Media newsroom: media reports

According to media reports, law enforcement officers are currently searching the newsroom of Armat Media.

To recall, since early morning, investigators from the Investigative Committee have been searching the apartments of Samvel Karapetyan, leader of the Strong Armenia party, and Narek Karapetyan, head of the Strong Armenia parliamentary faction.

Meanwhile, Aghavni Sukiasyan, press secretary of the Strong Armenia party, told 24News that law enforcement officers had not raided the Armat Media newsroom but the Tashir shopping centre, where the outlet’s office is also located.
