Security Council Secretary to visit Moscow on November 5

Armen Grigoryan, Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, will travel to Moscow on November 5. He will be attending the 13th meeting of the Security Council secretaries of the CIS member states—his first participation in the past three years.
Grigoryan missed the meetings of the CIS Security Council Secretaries in both 2023 and 2024.
