Serj Tankian reacts sharply to Israeli government’s decision to recognize the Armenian Genocide

Serj Tankian, an American rock musician of Armenian descent, songwriter, vocalist and keyboardist of the rock band System of a Down, has reacted sharply to the Israeli government’s decision to recognize the Armenian Genocide.

He stated that “the Israeli government has decided, only after all these years and solely for political purposes, to recognize what happened to our ancestors as genocide.”

“F.ck you,” the rock musician concluded.
