Servicemen accused of negligently driving fellow serviceman to suicide arrested: Investigative Committee

The Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia has reported the arrest, on July 21, of two servicemen accused of negligently causing the suicide of serviceman N.T. of a Defense Ministry N-numbered military unit.

It was previously reported that, during the preliminary investigation into the criminal case opened over the death of serviceman N.T., public criminal prosecution was initiated against his fellow serviceman, a junior sergeant, under clauses 1, 2 and 3 of part 2 of Article 522 of the Criminal Code, and against a private, under clauses 1 and 3 of part 2 of Article 522 (negligently driving a serviceman to suicide). This was reported by the Investigative Committee of Armenia.
