Special envoys for Armenia-Turkey normalization to meet at border on July 30 

Special representatives of the Armenia-Turkey normalization process, Ruben Rubinyan and Serdar Kılıç, will hold the fifth round of talks at the border on July 30, Turkish media reported.

The meeting will be held on the Armenian side in the morning and on the Turkish side in the afternoon.

The Rubinyan-Kılıç meeting was scheduled for July 3, but later the Turkish side refused to hold it.
