Students from Armenia win 6 medals at the Balkan Mathematical Olympiad for juniors

The 30th Balkan Mathematical Olympiad for schoolchildren was held in Buzau, Romania. Armenia’s team competed with 6 students and won 1 gold, 1 silver, and 4 bronze medals.

The olympiad brought together 133 schoolchildren from 23 countries. Each country was allowed to field a maximum of 6 participants.
