“Such a state cannot be our brother”: rally in Istanbul against Aliyev

A rally against Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev was held outside the Azerbaijani consulate in Istanbul. Turkish protesters sharply criticized the ban on wearing hijabs in schools and Azerbaijan’s support for Israel at the UN.

They came to the rally carrying placards with the slogan: “Such a state cannot be our brother.”
