Tense Armenian-Russian relations primarily benefit the West: poll in Aragatsotn

According to residents of Aragatsotn region who took part in the poll, tense relations between Armenia and Russia benefit both the West and Armenia’s neighboring countries.

“Do you think Europe will protect us? It won’t. We’ve seen so many wars, but no one has ever helped us,” one local resident said.

Another poll participant stressed that Armenians are a heroic people, capable of fighting and surviving on their own.
