Tense situation in Armenian National Assembly

Unknown persons, presumably aides of the members from the ruling Civil Contract party, penetrated into the sitting hall of the Armenian Parliament and attacked the opposition members, Kristine Vardanyan, member of the ARF party and the Armenia parliamentary faction, reported.

It should be noted that the situation escalated after the speech of MP Artur Sargsyan.

He noted that everything is already decided and clear, including the decision on deprivation of his immunity and his arrest.
