Tense situation in village of Khanjyan: residents hold protest

Residents of the village of Khanjyan in Armenia’s Armavir region are holding a protest. They blocked the road due to accumulated problems with the sale of agricultural produce.

After meeting with the head of the local administration, who arrived on site, the villagers reopened the road; however, tomorrow they intend to block it again and not reopen it until the problem is finally resolved.
