Tense situation near Dalma Garden Mall

A tense situation has unfolded near Yerevan’s Dalma Garden Mall, where a banner featuring philanthropist Samvel Karapetyan has been placed on the building’s facade. The Municipality of Yerevan is taking action, and earlier, police officers issued warnings that the banners would be dismantled.

Lawyer Vardan Aloyan called the police, demanding to stop the lawlessness. However, according to the police officer, no unlawful activity is taking place, and he called for a report as an alternative.
