“The authorities want to ban politicians from doing politics”: Narek Karapetyan

The RA authorities want to ban political figures from engaging in politics. This is what Narek Karapetyan, elected NA deputy from the Strong Armenia alliance, told journalists.

“He (Prime Minister Pashinyan – ed.) wants to say that no one, except the cronies he has appointed, has the right to engage in politics. But that’s impossible: we must engage in politics in our own country, because he is leading it down the wrong path. Most of our society understands this, but some still trust him,” Karapetyan noted.

According to him, Pashinyan, through his various statements, is only straining relations with major geopolitical centers, and one cannot speak to the world in the language of emotions.
