The court has ordered the arrest of Robert Kocharyan for two months

A two‑month arrest has been imposed as a preventive measure against Robert Kocharyan, the second President of Armenia. This was reported by Marina Ohanjanyan, the press secretary of the Anti‑Corruption Committee, on her Facebook page.

“Taking into account the public interest, it is hereby reported that the Anti‑Corruption Court (chaired by Judge S. Dadoyan) has fully granted the investigator’s petition; an arrest will be imposed as a preventive measure against R. K.,” she wrote.
