The malingerer was taken exactly where he needed to be taken, no one should be allowed to “slip away,” Nikol Pashinyan, Armenia’s prime minister, said during a briefing, thanking National Security Service officers who carried Gagik Khachatryan, former head of Armenia’s State Revenue Committee, away on a stretcher.

“Let everyone see and understand what the end will look like,” he added.

As previously reported, Gagik Khachatryan was arrested for two months.
