The years of his rule will be called the golden age of Armenia and Artsakh: Viktor Soghomonyan congratulates Robert Kocharyan

Viktor Soghomonyan, Chief of Staff of the Second President of the Republic of Armenia (2008-2022), congratulated Robert Kocharyan on his birthday.

“I sincerely congratulate President Kocharyan on his 72nd birthday. Unfortunately, this is not the first time in the last few years that I have had to congratulate him in absentia.

Without any exaggeration, Robert Kocharyan is one of the most prominent figures in our modern history, and as a result of his government work, he continues to remain unsurpassed in many ways. Many now (and I am convinced), and the vast majority years later, will call his period in power the golden age of Armenia and Artsakh. And this definitely haunts his opponents inside and outside the country.

I once again congratulate President Kocharyan, and wish him and his large, truly Armenian family, as well as my friend Sedrak, good health and inexhaustible will to overcome another ordeal,” Soghomonyan’s congratulatory message reads.
