“There’s nothing good about worsening relations with the Russians”: Syunik resident

The only way out of the country’s current situation is not internal disagreements, but national unity and faith in one’s own strength. This was the opinion expressed by one resident of the Syunik region in a poll, speaking about the political course of the current Armenian authorities.

Speaking about the change in Armenia’s foreign policy vector and its possible negative consequences, another respondent noted: “There’s nothing good about worsening relations with the Russians. We need to improve relations with everyone, not spoil them. Worsening relations with any country could have harmful consequences, if not directly for the authorities, then at least for the people. Any bad foreign relations will have a direct negative impact on ordinary citizens.”
