This was stated by Robert Kocharyan, second President of the Republic of Armenia, during a court session, referring to the criminal case against Yuri Khachaturov, former Secretary General of the CSTO.

“If you have a problem with your representative, you recall that person, after which a case is opened, and that’s it. I understand that the prosecutor is trying to solve some kind of problem, wants to explain everything, but the real picture is this: you recall that person, and the process ends, and then you do whatever you want. But to tangle up such a simple matter like this, to commit a series of unlawful acts, to put the prosecutor in an awkward position, that is unacceptable. I can see the prosecutor trying to justify this somehow,” the second president said.
