A balanced, thoughtful person who communicates normally with people, a hardworking person or a hysterical, nervous liar who changes his mind ten times a week, a casino regular and a drunkard? Consider that a country is one big family, and we have a person who perfectly fits option two is a hysterical crackpot,” Kocharyan said, addressing voters.
