‘Turkey denies’: Denis Denisov on offensive of militants in Syria

Speaking with Alpha News, political scientist Denis Denisov commented on the situation in Syria.
“Of course, these are all the consequences of the blazing fire that has now enveloped the entire Middle East. That is, it means that the Arab-Israeli conflict is expanding, becoming multidimensional. At the moment, there are already many versions. Turkey is actually denying that this group is pro-Turkish, saying that for Turkey, it is a terrorist group as well. But some people do talk about it,” Denisov noted.
According to him, it can be seen that even through such manipulations, key geopolitical players in the region and the world are trying once again to redraw the map of the Middle East—at the expense of Syria, among other things.
“Because we know the position of the collective West regarding the Syrian president, regarding his political regime, and in this respect, there is what is called a right moment. But it is also important to note that some analysts see even a certain Ukrainian trace in this, reporting that these terrorist groups have recently been instructed by Ukrainians. If this version is confirmed, there will be another new dimension, which actually means that another front of Russian-Ukrainian confrontation is opening in Syria,” Denisov concluded.
