US State Department: People who left Nagorno-Karabakh have the right to return home 

People who left Nagorno-Karabakh have the right to return home if they want to do so, Matthew Miller, the US State Department spokesperson, said at a press briefing on Tuesday, when asked about what would be discussed during a congressional hearing on the future of Artsakh on November 15.

The journalist, in particular, asked whether any happy ending is possible when there is Azerbaijan, which celebrates the victory in a town surrounded by the Russian army, and Armenia, which is being bullied by Russia every single day, saying that it will not go anywhere.

“I will just say what I said before. I don’t want to talk about tomorrow’s hearing, but I will say that we continue to believe that people who left Nagorno-Karabakh have the right to return home if they want to do so, and that right must be preserved,” Miller replied.
