US State Department refrains from commenting on violence against Armenian community in Jerusalem

US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller refrained from commenting on the acts of violence against the Armenian community in the Old City of Jerusalem.

“No specific response to that,” Miller replied when asked about the concerns of the Armenian community that the Israeli government was using the conflict in Gaza to push out a lot of Armenian Christians from the Armenian Quarter.
