Vahan Kostanyan: Yerevan receives new peace proposals from Baku

Yerevan received new proposals on a peace agreement from Baku, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan said.

“We have received new proposals from the Azerbaijani side. We have not responded yet. Discussions are underway,” he said.
