“We remember”: Henrikh Mkhitaryan on the tragedy of 1915

Henrikh Mkhitaryan paid tribute to the victims of the Armenian Genocide on his social media, marking the 111th anniversary of the tragedy.

He shared a photo of the Eternal Flame at the Tsitsernakaberd memorial complex along with the symbolic forget-me-not flower. The footballer captioned the image: “1915 – We remember, WE REMEMBER, 24.04.”
