Whether to participate in COP29 or not is Yerevan’s decision — Aliyev

At a meeting with his Finnish counterpart Alexander Stubb, Ilham Aliyev said Azerbaijan had sent Yerevan an invitation to participate in COP29 in Baku.

“Whether to participate in COP29 or not is Yerevan’s own decision,” Aliyev said.

He also noted that Azerbaijan now supports the “peace agenda” and considers the OSCE Minsk Group a part of history.
