“Withdrawals are part of our secret plan:” Samvel Karapetyan

The 106 parliamentary candidates included on the electoral list of the “Strong Armenia” bloc of parties have submitted applications to the Central Election Commission requesting to withdraw their candidacies. This matter was discussed on July 8 at a regular session of the CEC.

Speaking with journalists, philanthropist and businessman Samvel Karapetyan noted that all the candidates who announced their withdrawal remain members of his team.

“They are all members of our team, and they will remain so. They can’t be unreliable. That’s the essence of our political strategy,” Karapetyan noted.
