Yerevan does not want to bring talks to standstill, thus it does not make counterclaims against Baku – Nikol Pashinyan

Today at the National Assembly, Nikol Pashinyan reiterated that the Azerbaijani constitution contains territorial claims against Armenia.

“Azerbaijan’s allegations that the Armenian constitution contains territorial claims against it are based on the reference in the preamble of the Declaration of Independence, which mentions Nagorno-Karabakh,” he said.
