On October 7, the Tutundjian Hall of the Armenian Cultural Association of Buenos Aires hosted an annual concert of the Nor Arevakal Choir.

Under the direction of choirmaster Rosalba Onikian, the choir’s repertoire included popular Armenian and Argentine songs and world-famous classics.

Guillermo Ferraioli Karamanian, representative of the Armenian Cultural Association, underscored that the stories, accompanied by melodies and songs, are of fundamental importance for understanding the life experience of the people and stressed how the choir’s repertoire revives ancestral songs telling about the exploits of Armenian heroes and the beauty of their cities.
