Freestyle wrestler Aren Pirusyan brings Armenia its third gold medal at competition in Russia 

 
Armenia’s Aren Pirusyan (41 kg) won a gold medal at the U15 freestyle wrestling competition in Vladikavkaz, Russia. In the final, he defeated Dagestan Islamutdin Islamov 4-1.

On the first day of the competition, Armenian wrestlers Suren Ishkhanyan (52 kg) and Razmik Voskanyan (62 kg) won the gold medal, and Vache Aslanyan (75 kg) took silver.

Over 300 wrestlers from Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, and Azerbaijan are taking part in the competition.
