Armenian foreign intelligence service chief opts out of meeting with CIS counterparts

Kristinne Grigoryan, the head of the Armenian foreign intelligence service, did not participate in a meeting of heads of security agencies and intelligence services of the CIS member states yesterday in Moscow due to urgent matters, RFE/RL’s Armenian service reported.

At the same time, the office of the Armenian foreign intelligence service reported that another representative of the service participated in the meeting, without naming him.
