As part of the new The People Speak project, Alpha News conducted surveys in Yerevan and Armenian-populated communities in the United States and Russia, with the goal of finding out the opinions of citizens on the most important topics in recent years.
“I never thought that Armenian-Turkish friendship was possible, it is impossible. Look at the Palestinian-Israeli confrontation, for example, it is very similar to our conflict,” said one of the respondents.
“The return of Artsakh is possible if other countries help us. But we are now in a divided, destroyed state, so I cannot imagine a return,” said a citizen.
