Gor Karapetyan wins bronze at Kaunas Junior European Cup in Lithuania

Armenian judoka Gor Karapetyan secured a bronze medal at the 2025 Kaunas Junior European Cup held in Kaunas, Lithuania, from May 23 to 25.

In the battle for third place, the athlete claimed a decisive victory over Poland’s Marcin Walensiak in the 100 kg category.

In the semifinals, Karapetyan lost to Kazakhstan’s Erasyl Nurtaza, who later won the tournament.
