Khachanov defeats Sebastian Ofner to advance to Roland Garros third round

Russian Armenian tennis player and 2020 Olympic silver medalist in singles, World No. 24 Karen Khachanov, reached the third round of the 2025 French Open Roland Garros in Paris. He defeated Austria’s Sebastian Ofner, World No. 108, with a score of 7-5, 3-6, 7-5, 4-6, 6-2.

In the third round, Khachanov will face the winner of the match between American Tommy Paul and Hungarian Márton Fucsovics.

Roland Garros 2025 takes place from May 25 to June 8. The reigning champion of the tournament is Spain’s Carlos Alcaraz.
