Asian premiere of Tamara Stepanyan’s film held in South Korea

The Asian premiere of “In the Land of Arto”, a film by Armenian director Tamara Stepanyan that delves into Armenia’s complex past, took place at the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF).

As part of BIFF, Stepanyan gave an interview to the Korean film magazine Cine21 and participated in the “Action! Camera!” session, where women directors from around the world shared their thoughts.

Asia’s largest film festival, the Busan International Film Festival, was held from September 17 to 26 in the South Korean city of Busan.
