Citizens begin gathering near Gyumri City Hall

Citizens have started gathering outside the Gyumri municipal administration in support of Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan.

Earlier in the morning, armed National Security Service officers wearing masks stormed the City Hall with the aim of detaining the mayor of Armenia’s second-largest city.
