US Ambassador to Armenia concludes tenure in January

In response to media inquiries, the US Embassy announced that Ambassador Kristina Kvien will conclude her three‑year tenure in Armenia in mid‑January.

“US policy on Armenia will not change when the Ambassador departs. The United States remains committed to its partnership with Armenia, and looks forward to advancing the US-Armenia Strategic Partnership and implementing the bilateral agreements President Trump and Prime Minister Pashinyan signed at the historic August 8 Peace Summit in Washington,” the statement reads.
